BIOGRAPHY
Alec is a recent graduate of the Academy of Film, Theatre and Television (AFTT). He has performed a number of larger-than life roles of late, such as Mercutio (Romeo and Juliet), Charlie Fox (Speed-the-Plow), Vincent van Gogh (Vincent’s Ear) and Arthur Miller (Arthur and Marilyn), for which he won the Kerry Casey Best Actor award at Sydney’s Short + Sweet Festival.
He has recently starred in the short film ‘Anything’ and performed in Love and Information, directed by Luke Rogers at the Belvoir Downstairs Theatre. Other credits include Vershinin (Three Sisters) and Daniel in the short film ‘Aftershocks’.
Alec will be performing in an upcoming production of The Winter’s Tale (Secret House) and recently won a scholarship to study at the Stella Adler Academy of Acting in Los Angeles.
